In Space No One Can Here You Scream
There has been so much talk about colonising Mars, or Titan, or even one of the thousands of planets we keep discovering. We always think about what kind of advancements technology needs to go through so we can progress further, or how we can warp space time in order to travel immense distances. We don’t often think about our biology and if it is even possible to live long term in space.
Humans have evolved to live in on Earth. Our bodies are perfectly adapted to the gravity, the pressure and the radiation that exists on Earth. However, when humans leave home, even in short amounts of time there are some devastating changes that happen to the body that may crush our dreams of travelling to far off places.
