Looking for a creative and cosmic experience for your child? Join us for our exciting Kid’s Space Art Workshops at the Perth Observatory, in partnership with Supernova Studios and led by astronomy guide Park Liu!

Let your child’s imagination take flight as they dive into two fun-filled, space-themed crafts:

  • Fluid Art Astronaut: Your little artist can mix colours to create their very own astronaut, capturing the wonder of space in a unique artwork.
  • 3D Hand-Painted Moon Lamp: Light up their creativity with a 3D moon lamp that they’ll hand-paint, inspired by the beauty of the night sky.

Our knowledgeable volunteers will also guide you through the history of the Perth Observatory and share fascinating facts about the universe. It’s a perfect blend of art, science, and fun!

This workshop offers a great opportunity for some quality parent-child time. Together, you’ll explore the wonders of space, create unique pieces of art, and ignite a passion for astronomy that lasts a lifetime.
